Repair Café Cardiff, Caerau & Ely

The Dusty Forge repair cafe is back up and running with a reduced service. We will be able to repair general and electrical items on the day (unfortunately we can’t currently accept bikes) and will also be able to accept textile repairs for volunteers to work on at home. If you are drop off a textile item to be repaired we will then contact you to arrange your item’s safe return to your home address. We’ll be socially distancing and safely ‘quarantining’ your item at every stage, storing it in the Dusty’s safe store, then returning it to you at a convenient time. Volunteers will also be on hand to provide a warm cup of tea or coffee and sealed biscuits. As always, we can’t guarantee to fix everything, but you can be sure that our team of volunteer fixers will do their very best!!
