DESCRIPTION:A repair café is a volunteer-run event where repair coaches help visitors to fix their beloved but broken item and extend its life. Why throw it away when it can be brought back to life with just a little help!? \nLearn new skills\, meet new people and create the habit of repairing and reusing things. \nThe event runs every second Saturday of the month between 10am – 1pm at the Maidenhead Library. \nRepair skills available include\, amongst others: \n\ntextiles\, sewing\nwoodwork\, dolls\, toys\nsmall electrical items (excludes microwaves)\n\nWe aim to fix anything\, our volunteers love to solve problems!
