RE:MAKE Newport Repair Cafe

Our volunteers will do their best to fix your household items. We have electrical, textile and general repair volunteers who will try to diagnose the problem and if they can fix it on the spot then they will. If it needs a spare part then it will be up to you whether you want to purchase this and we will fit it for you. All our repairs are undertaken free of charge, however if you are able to make a donation to the project then they are always welcome.
We are also able to sharpen certain tools/blades and PAT test electrical items. We can’t look at microwaves, safety or petrol powered items for insurance purposes.

Repair Cafes run 10am-1pm:
Wednesdays = electrical and general repairs
Thursday = textile, electrical and general repairs
Friday = electrical and general repairs
Saturday = textile, electrical and general repairs
